Bangladeshi Boy has been detained by police for allegedly using the Free Fire game to blackmail a Nepali girl over her identity. Mohammad Jabed Omar, 20, a native of Chittagong's Rajanagar union in Rangunia upazila, is the arrestee. On Thursday, January 16, CID's Special Superintendent of Police (Media), Azad Rahman, stated that the young person became acquainted with the Kathmandu girl through a game called Free Fire. They were in contact at times. At one point, Omar began gathering private images and videos of the girl for sinister uses and using blackmail to extract money from her. After not receiving the money as requested, the accused, Jabed Omar, allegedly utilized Messenger to send private images and videos of the girl to her family. Interpol Kathmandu was utilized by the Bangladesh CID to identify the defendant. The BD Police's Cyber Cell subsequently took him into custody. During the raid, a cell phone was taken from him. Jabed Omar admitted to his role in the event during initial interrogation, and the confiscated cell phone included the victim's private images and videos.
